The Opportunity:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager Planning and Warehouse, to lead warehouse operations, inventory management, demand planning, and the S&OP process. This role is key in ensuring efficient materials flow, accurate forecasting, and cross-functional alignment to meet business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
• Drive inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliation.
• Lead the S&OP process to align demand forecasts with production and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and procurement teams to generate and execute reliable forecasts and schedules.
• Monitor inventory metrics and production performance, adjusting plans based on market and operational changes.
• Lead process improvements and system enhancements (ERP/APTEAN) to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze KPIs such as inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and on-time shipments to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and lead warehouse, planning, and materials teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

• 5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background managing S&OP processes.
• Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and Microsoft Office
• Education in business or related field; certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
