The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will take the lead on strategic, high-profile client accounts including Amgen and AstraZeneca. This role involves driving client success, overseeing full program execution, and supporting the agency's continued growth in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage major client accounts with excellence and professionalism
  • Oversee full program delivery: budget management, content development, timelines, and execution
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in collaboration with company leadership
  • Build and deepen trusted client relationships to drive organic growth
  • Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams, including freelancers and writers
  • Develop briefing documents and content templates that align with Bridge's brand
  • Train internal teams on our CONNECT framework and Design Thinking process
  • Maintain high standards of communication and engagement with physicians and stakeholders
  • Ensure operational accuracy and efficiency, including reporting, documentation, and administrative compliance
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of account management experience, ideally in healthcare, medical communications, or life sciences
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A growth-oriented mindset and the ability to identify and act on new business opportunities
  • Familiarity with budget oversight, timeline management, and team leadership
  • A passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes
