Full Time Key Responsibilities:

Patient counseling, medication reviews & prescription filling

Pharmacy staff training and IV clinic supervision

Manage inventory to balance service level and working capital efficiency

Supervise & train team booking to optimize IV clinic booking

Manage receivables

Maintain pharmacy according to BC College of Pharmacy Standards

Maintain & develop SOPs for pharmacy/clinic procedures

Lead monthly operations meetings with ownership

Recruit and interview future staff for key hiring needs

Develop & implement processes to improve customer service, work flow and profitability

Precept UBC pharmacy students

Lead and work as a team to ensure exceptional customer service!

Pharmacy Manager Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from recognized institution

Full Pharmacist License with BC College of Pharmacists

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Injection certified

Prior management experience

Kroll experience

Patient centered orientation

Comfort with technology & innovation
