Job Description

ACL Cryogenic Ltd.'s business is to market cryogenic products to the international markets. The Company is dedicated to meeting the demands of the cryogenics and ultra-low temperature market and help to mitigate the critical situation of helium availability in the world. The Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Technical Sale to join our team. The position reports to our Global Sales Manager.

Job Summary

The Jr. Technical Sales will play a key role in supporting the sales team by engaging with potential customers, understand their technical needs, and promoting our products and services. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background who is eager to develop their sales skills. This role requires technical knowledge and strong organizational skills to help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in identifying and qualifying potential sales leads through research

· Analyze and understand the cryogenic market needs and trends.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' offerings to provide insightful input and maintain a competitive edge.

· Assist in coordinate marketing efforts to introduce the Company name in the consumers' mind as a top and reliable supplier.

· Assist and coordinate the whole process on the selling cycle.

· Support the sales team in preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.

· Provide technical assistance to the customers.

· Working to plan, assist marketing campaigns to generate revenue streams and promote business growth.

· Working collaboratively across the business with different company teams to achieve our business goals.

· Maintain a fluid internal communication channel to keep the company informed about the business performance and market update on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in physics or chemistry or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical or sales support role, or relevant internship experience with scientific equipment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

We prefer applicants with the following knowledge or background:

· Scientific research or R&D background in NMR, spectroscopy, material characterization or wet dilution fridge

· Documented experience in technical sales of scientific instrumentation

· Knowledge of cryogenic equipment

· Knowledge of vacuum equipment
