Some of what you will do includes:
Own the Market & Lead the Business
  • Full P&L responsibility for the Consumer Health portfolio in Canada
  • Lead market entry and establish operational and commercial infrastructure
  • Set performance targets, oversee sales execution, and deliver ROI-driven results
  • Guide the business across all channels—DTC, B2B, and retail—both online and offline
Build and Inspire a High-Performing Team
  • Assemble, lead, and grow a new team from the ground up
  • Drive a collaborative, high-accountability culture aligned to a bold commercial vision
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams to bring strategic plans to life
Create Seamless Operations & Supply Chain Excellence
  • Build end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations to support scalable growth
  • Implement demand planning, forecasting, and inventory strategies
  • Manage third-party logistics, warehousing, and distribution partnerships
Design Winning Go-To-Market Strategies
  • Define and implement multi-channel strategy (DTC, B2B, retail)
  • Develop pricing, margin, and promotional strategies tailored to channel needs
  • Forge partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers across Canada
Champion the Canadian Consumer
  • Leverage deep insights into consumer behavior to drive product and channel strategies
  • Integrate customer feedback into planning and execution
  • Ensure the consumer experience is optimized across every brand touchpoint
What You Bring
  • 10+ years' experience in commercial leadership roles within Consumer Health or FMCG
  • Strong P&L ownership and a record of delivering growth and profitability
  • Experience building and leading high-performance teams and launching new operations
  • Strategic acumen with ability to translate plans into high-impact execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with start-up or launch experience preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Canadian consumer market, regulatory environment, and distribution networks
  • Fluency in English; French language skills an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, CRM, and analytics tools
Compensation
This role offers a strong compensation package including:
  • Base salary in the mid $200,000 range
  • Short-term and long-term incentive plans (STI & LTI)
