Own the Market & Lead the Business
- Full P&L responsibility for the Consumer Health portfolio in Canada
- Lead market entry and establish operational and commercial infrastructure
- Set performance targets, oversee sales execution, and deliver ROI-driven results
- Guide the business across all channels—DTC, B2B, and retail—both online and offline
- Assemble, lead, and grow a new team from the ground up
- Drive a collaborative, high-accountability culture aligned to a bold commercial vision
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams to bring strategic plans to life
- Build end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations to support scalable growth
- Implement demand planning, forecasting, and inventory strategies
- Manage third-party logistics, warehousing, and distribution partnerships
- Define and implement multi-channel strategy (DTC, B2B, retail)
- Develop pricing, margin, and promotional strategies tailored to channel needs
- Forge partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers across Canada
- Leverage deep insights into consumer behavior to drive product and channel strategies
- Integrate customer feedback into planning and execution
- Ensure the consumer experience is optimized across every brand touchpoint
- 10+ years' experience in commercial leadership roles within Consumer Health or FMCG
- Strong P&L ownership and a record of delivering growth and profitability
- Experience building and leading high-performance teams and launching new operations
- Strategic acumen with ability to translate plans into high-impact execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset with start-up or launch experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of Canadian consumer market, regulatory environment, and distribution networks
- Fluency in English; French language skills an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, CRM, and analytics tools
This role offers a strong compensation package including:
- Base salary in the mid $200,000 range
- Short-term and long-term incentive plans (STI & LTI)
