We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Digital Shared Services initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical stakeholders to support healthcare transformation through the implementation of new digital tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to assess and implement workflow changes and digital system enhancements
Document business requirements and map business processes
Identify capability gaps and propose effective solutions
Lead software testing activities including creation of test plans, test cases, and testing estimates
Support the implementation of homecare client registration and clinical documentation systems
Design and implement Health Level 7 (HL7) interfaces
Contribute to the implementation of mobile software and digital dictation tools in homecare and clinical environments
Qualifications & Certifications (Mandatory):
Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification
Valid Prosci Change Management Certification
Required Experience:
10+ years as a Business Analyst working directly with clinical stakeholders to support workflow changes or system implementations in healthcare settings
Proven ability to document customer requirements, map business processes, and identify gaps
1+ year experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in homecare settings
5+ years experience in leading and executing software testing
3+ years experience designing and implementing HL7-compliant interfaces
3+ years experience implementing homecare-focused software solutions (client registration & clinical documentation)
1+ year experience implementing digital dictation solutions in a healthcare environment
