As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Equipment Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary:
The Rental Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination of our Bobcat equipment rental fleet. This includes scheduling rentals, tracking inventory, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that equipment is maintained and ready for use. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and familiar with heavy equipment, particularly Bobcat machinery & attachments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the scheduling, delivery, and pickup of rental equipment.
Communicate with customers to assess their equipment needs and provide rental recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, equipment availability, and service history.
Work closely with service and maintenance teams to ensure all rental equipment is safe, clean, and operational.
Monitor equipment usage and manage rental durations to optimize fleet efficiency.
Assist with billing and rental documentation.
Provide top-tier customer service and resolve any issues related to equipment performance or rental logistics.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Bobcat equipment and general construction equipment is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient with rental software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid drivers license required
