Job Title: Survey Data Collection & Analysis Assistant

Duration: Approximately 2 weeks (with potential to extend to 3 weeks)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing survey data for a short-term project. This role involves gathering completed surveys, categorizing responses, compiling data into reports, and presenting the findings in a clear, professional format.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize completed survey forms

• Categorize and code survey responses for analysis

• Input data into spreadsheets or designated software

• Analyze and summarize data for trends and insights

• Create professional reports using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries

• Collaborate with team members as needed to support project goals

Requirements:

• Strong command of English (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

• Previous experience with data entry or survey analysis is a plus
