KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and engage clients, offering personalized design consultations and guiding them through product selections
- Oversee showroom presentation and ensure it remains a visually inspiring space that reflects the brand's high standards
- Train, manage, and support showroom staff in delivering premium service
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry through to project delivery
- Support marketing initiatives including showroom events, product launches, and design community outreach
- 5+ years of experience in showroom management, luxury retail, or high-end interior design
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of cabinetry, millwork, interior design, or related fields preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Highly organized with a keen eye for design and detail
