Westerner Park is currently hiring temporary team members for our upcoming Westerner Days event, taking place July 16–20, 2025.
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Westerner Days Expo Employees. From directing traffic to greeting guests with a smile, there's a variety of roles available, and a place for everyone.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with traffic direction and parking coordination to ensure safety for drivers and pedestrians
• Working in gate booths or pedestrian entry points to verify paid access to the fairgrounds
• Redeeming RAD passes for wristbands at designated locations
• Providing general information and support to guests
• Supporting grounds maintenance by cleaning areas before the fair begins, maintaining cleanliness during the event, and emptying waste bins

No experience? No problem. Whether you're an experienced professional or exploring event work for the first time, we're looking for individuals who are ready to contribute and learn. You might start your day scanning tickets and end it helping guests find their way; no two shifts are alike! Flexibility and a positive attitude are key.
