We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap for our flexible load energy strategy platform. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure smooth, timely delivery of releases. Your deep understanding of B2B SaaS and energy strategy products will help us scale faster and deliver greater impact to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap and feature prioritization for our energy strategy platform
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define detailed requirements and technical specifications
  • Translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product features
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration
  • Interface with customers and internal teams to gather feedback and ensure high adoption
  • Support go-to-market efforts with product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials
  • Track product performance and iterate based on key metrics

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management, ideally with B2B SaaS products
  • Multi-disciplinary background in engineering in addition to working with software development teams
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, support, and external partners
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments with evolving priorities
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with load flexibility, demand response, or behind-the-meter (BTM) energy applications
  • Experience building or managing products in the energy strategy, grid analytics, or energy intelligence space
  • Strong understanding of energy markets in North America (e.g., ERCOT, PJM, CAISO, IESO)
  • Experience with IoT platforms, real-time data systems, or energy APIs
  • Experience working with clients in AI infrastructure, data centers, or crypto mining
