About the Role

As a Client Service Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services. You'll work closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations. This is a critical role focused on client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal delivery teams

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders

  • Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with account executives

  • Address and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally

  • Lead regular business reviews and status meetings with clients

  • Contribute to process improvement and client onboarding initiatives

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on client activities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client service or account management within the IT or consulting sector

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities

  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and/or cloud technologies

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in a consulting or managed services environment is an asset

  • PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus
