About Science & Humans (S&H)
Science & Humans (S&H) is a health tech company bridging the gap between hormone health and real-world care. Our mission is to deliver personalized, technology-enabled solutions that empower individuals and practitioners to manage hormone and longevity-related conditions. Whether through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels or enterprise health partnerships (B2B2C), we leverage e-commerce, telehealth, AI-driven clinical decision support, and advanced analytics to transform traditional healthcare processes into personalized, proactive solutions.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong passion for user-centric design and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the COO, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, clinical, operations, and marketing—to deliver innovative hormone health solutions. You will own the full product lifecycle, from market research and roadmap planning to product execution and post-launch optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap that aligns with S&H's mission of improving hormone and longevity health.
- Conduct competitive analyses and user research to identify unmet needs and differentiation opportunities.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into OKRs, ensuring measurable growth, engagement, and revenue targets.
2. Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with engineering, clinical, and operations teams to translate complex business/clinical requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with UX/UI design to craft seamless, user-friendly experiences across web, mobile, and telehealth portals.
- Collaborate with marketing and enterprise sales to ensure product offerings meet the needs of both D2C and B2B2C channels.
3. Execution & Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management in an Agile environment.
- Define MVPs, iterate based on feedback, and validate product-market fit for new initiatives (e.g., AI Copilot enhancements, e-commerce expansions).
- Track and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and mitigating potential risks.
4. User-Centric Approach
- Prioritize features based on user impact, data analytics, and clinical outcomes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to refine the product experience continuously.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and pain points throughout the development process.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion, retention, NPS) and set up reporting dashboards to monitor product performance.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize enhancements, address gaps, and iterate quickly on new features or workflows.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Present product updates, strategic roadmaps, and key insights to executive leadership (COO, CPO).
- Align cross-departmental teams on product goals, fostering transparency and accountability.
- Gather input from clinicians, partners, or enterprise clients to shape product features that address real-world hormone health challenges.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, etc.), or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product management (preferably with healthcare, telehealth, or e-commerce experience).
Technical & Domain Skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, user story mapping, and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Understanding healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and how they influence product decisions is a plus.
- Experience working with AI/ML or data analytics solutions in a product context preferred.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills—capable of bridging technical and non-technical discussions.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data insights and linking them to product opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating with clinical experts, engineers, and business stakeholders.
