Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in financial services to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role focuses on translating business objectives into detailed technical requirements for the Technology delivery team, ensuring seamless migration of legacy systems to modern platforms (e.g., CRS Migration). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA/Confluence, and a keen eye for UX principles to enhance user interfaces.

Skills & Requirements:

• 4+ years as a BSA in Canadian financial services (banking, wealth management, or insurance).
• Proven experience writing technical requirements (not business requirements) for IT teams.
• Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence and Agile methodologies.
• Background in UX/UI principles (for legacy-to-modern migrations).
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) to articulate complex technical details.

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
