Job Description: As a Technical IT Founding Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in building our sales motion and also be responsible for both inside and outside sales activities. Your primary tasks will include:
- Inside Sales: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present tailored IT solutions.
- Outside Sales: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, build strong relationships, and represent Aura at industry events and conferences.
- Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our comprehensive IT services and solutions.
- Responding to Inquiries: Address client inquiries related to hardware, software, and services promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including managed IT services, software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and procurement.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in preparing and delivering proposals and presentations.

- Microsoft licensing sales experience.
