Ahria Consulting is proud to partner with Johnstone Supply in their search for a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Greater Toronto-Hamilton Area. Johnstone Supply is a recognized leader in the HVAC/R industry—not just a distributor, but a trusted partner in technical excellence and customer service. As they expand, they're looking for a sales leader who can drive regional performance, elevate teams, and make a lasting impact.

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll lead a team of Territory Sales Managers and Store Managers, guiding strategy, coaching in the field, and forging strong relationships with dealers and contractors across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, lead, and support a high-performing sales and branch team
  • Set and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets
  • Deepen relationships with existing customers and generate new business
  • Provide pricing support, product knowledge, and value-added solutions
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a vital link between customers, branches, and head office

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience leading sales teams in B2B or wholesale environments
  • Industry knowledge in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical trades
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and deliver on personal sales goals
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to deepen product expertise
  • Post-secondary education (MBA or leadership training is a plus)
