Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Microsoft D365 F&O financial functions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot financial transactions and reporting.
  • Coordinate Dynamics bi-annual upgrades.
  • Provide support for:
  • Management Reporter reports
  • Financial dimension changes
  • Custom Gravel application
  • Dooap software (voucher error handling)
  • Budget and Financial Statement Reporting
  • Handle account structure and configuration updates (accounts, departments, projects).
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across Finance, Procurement, and Projects.
  • Create and maintain business documentation, technical specs, and process maps.
  • Administer onboarding/offboarding, role management, and delegation within the system.
  • Act as the point of contact for issue triaging, prioritization, and SLA enforcement.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O)
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and workflows
  • Strong experience with Management Reporter and financial report creation
  • Familiarity with Dooap AP automation software
  • Experience in technical documentation, user training, and process mapping
  • Proven track record in system upgrades and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
