Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Microsoft D365 F&O financial functions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot financial transactions and reporting.
- Coordinate Dynamics bi-annual upgrades.
- Provide support for:
- Management Reporter reports
- Financial dimension changes
- Custom Gravel application
- Dooap software (voucher error handling)
- Budget and Financial Statement Reporting
- Handle account structure and configuration updates (accounts, departments, projects).
- Lead process improvement initiatives across Finance, Procurement, and Projects.
- Create and maintain business documentation, technical specs, and process maps.
- Administer onboarding/offboarding, role management, and delegation within the system.
- Act as the point of contact for issue triaging, prioritization, and SLA enforcement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O)
- Deep understanding of financial processes and workflows
- Strong experience with Management Reporter and financial report creation
- Familiarity with Dooap AP automation software
- Experience in technical documentation, user training, and process mapping
- Proven track record in system upgrades and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
