Position: Sales & Admissions Coordinator
Location: Muskoka, Ontario
Facility: Private, upscale addiction and mental health recovery centre
Compensation Package:
Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually (depending on experience)
Performance Bonus: Up to $2,000 per admission over monthly threshold (e.g., after 4 admissions/month)
Commission: 5–10% on privately funded client admissions
On-Call Stipend: $500/month for after-hours availability
Lodging & Meals (if required): Provided during on-site work days
Healthcare Spending Account: $2,000/year
Annual Wellness Allowance: $1,000 for mental/physical health services
Vacation: 3 weeks paid + additional paid time off during low-admission weeks
Professional Development: Up to $2,000/year for training, courses, or conferences in addiction services or sales
Overview:
We are seeking a confident, empathetic, and results-driven Sales & Admissions Coordinator to join our private rehab facility in Muskoka. This individual will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral sources, playing a vital role in guiding individuals and families toward admission while maintaining our high standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and compassionately to inquiries from potential clients, family members, and referring professionals
Conduct initial pre-screening to assess client fit and readiness for our program
Guide clients through the admissions process from inquiry to intake
Manage CRM system and track leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless admissions and client onboarding
Build relationships with referral sources, including physicians, therapists, and treatment consultants
Represent the program in community outreach and online campaigns (optional based on experience)
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in sales, admissions, hospitality, or health services preferred
High level of discretion and sensitivity to client confidentiality
Familiarity with addiction recovery or wellness programs is an asset
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
Experience with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance-based commission
Full-time position; must be available on-call for urgent inquiries including some evenings/weekends
