Position: Sales & Admissions Coordinator
Location: Muskoka, Ontario
Facility: Private, upscale addiction and mental health recovery centre

  • Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually (depending on experience)

  • Performance Bonus: Up to $2,000 per admission over monthly threshold (e.g., after 4 admissions/month)

  • Commission: 5–10% on privately funded client admissions

  • On-Call Stipend: $500/month for after-hours availability

  • Lodging & Meals (if required): Provided during on-site work days

  • Healthcare Spending Account: $2,000/year

  • Annual Wellness Allowance: $1,000 for mental/physical health services

  • Vacation: 3 weeks paid + additional paid time off during low-admission weeks

  • Professional Development: Up to $2,000/year for training, courses, or conferences in addiction services or sales

Overview:
We are seeking a confident, empathetic, and results-driven Sales & Admissions Coordinator to join our private rehab facility in Muskoka. This individual will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral sources, playing a vital role in guiding individuals and families toward admission while maintaining our high standard of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and compassionately to inquiries from potential clients, family members, and referring professionals

  • Conduct initial pre-screening to assess client fit and readiness for our program

  • Guide clients through the admissions process from inquiry to intake

  • Manage CRM system and track leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless admissions and client onboarding

  • Build relationships with referral sources, including physicians, therapists, and treatment consultants

  • Represent the program in community outreach and online campaigns (optional based on experience)

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in sales, admissions, hospitality, or health services preferred

  • High level of discretion and sensitivity to client confidentiality

  • Familiarity with addiction recovery or wellness programs is an asset

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks

  • Experience with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based commission

  • Full-time position; must be available on-call for urgent inquiries including some evenings/weekends
