Role Description
This is a part-time work from home role for an Administrative Assistant located in Calgary, AB. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office tasks including, handling correspondence, preparing documents, invoices and estimates. Additionally, the role includes supporting staff with administrative tasks, and assisting in project management. The ideal candidate will have exterior construction experience.
This role has the opportunity to turn into full-time position with the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in scheduling, correspondence handling, and document preparation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Team player with a professional disposition
- Experience in the construction industry is a must
