The Opportunity

We're seeking a Technical Account Executive who will own and lead all aspects of sales—from generating leads to closing deals, and everything in between. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function from the ground up in a high-potential startup. You'll play a key role in building our sales pipeline, defining sales processes, and directly contributing to revenue growth. As the company scales, this role could evolve into a Sales Director or Head of Sales position for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and refine InfiltrateIQ's sales process, including CRM workflows, outreach strategies, and sales enablement tools.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline targeting security-conscious organizations across various industries.
  • Conduct product demos, technical discussions, and ROI-focused conversations with stakeholders ranging from developers to CISOs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to scope engagements and tailor solutions to client environments.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product development and GTM strategy.
  • Represent InfiltrateIQ at industry events, virtual conferences, and in customer meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, account executive, or pre-sales engineering roles, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or DevSecOps.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, application security, and API security concepts.
  • Familiarity with penetration testing practices, tools (e.g., Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP), and frameworks (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment: self-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you know how to connect technical capabilities to business value.
  • Experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.

Bonus Points

  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, OSWA, or similar).
  • Experience selling to security leaders or dev teams in high-growth tech companies.
  • Previous involvement in launching or scaling a sales function at a startup.
