Asaresultofourrecentgrowth,wearehiringanAccountExecutiveinToronto,Ontario.TheAccountExecutivewilldevelopago-tomarketstrategywithourexecutiveteamtocreateopportunitiesanddeliverrevenuebyeffectivelypositioningOpsGuruastheAWSsolutionspartnerofchoicefortheCommercialsegmentintheTorontomarketandbeyond.ThispositionwillidentifynewsalesopportunitiesthataligntoOpsGurusvalueproposition,developingapipelineofqualifiedopportunitiestodriverevenuefromnewcustomersandthroughchannelsandpartners.
TheAccountExecutivemustbeabletoeffectivelyidentifyandcloseopportunitieswithnewcustomersthroughthesalescyclethroughdirectandindirectsellingmodels.ThisteammembermustbesuccessfulatstrikingabalancebetweenconsistentlydeliveringresultsagainsttargetsandforgingnewrelationshipstoexpandOpsGuruseco-system.
Whatyou'llbedoing:
- Buildrelationshipswithneworganizationsinourtargetmarkettogeneratemanagedhosting,managedcloudandcontentmanagementhosting(e.g.WordPress,Drupal)opportunities.
- Developago-to-marketstrategythatwillexpandOpsGurusreachinOntario
- Beaccountableforconsistentlydeliveringannualsalestargets.
- Developcampaigns,eventsandpromotionalprogramstodrivesalesopportunities.
- Cultivatenewbusinessthroughvarioussellingtechniques
- Maintainandup-sellexistingandenterprise-levelaccounts
- Craftprofessionalwrittenresponsesforprospectivecustomerrequestsforquotes,proposals,andcomplexbids.
- EvangelizetheOpsGurumessagetoyourtargetsandbringfeedbacktoevolvestrategyandservices.
Yourskills&experience:
- Aminimumof5to7yearsexperienceinstrategicsolutionssellinginthemanagedhostingandoutsourcedITindustry.
- Haveknowledgeandinterestinthecloudhostingindustry(AWS,Azure,etc.)andrelatedtechnologies.
- Disciplinedsalesapproachtoprospect,qualifyandclosesalesopportunities.
- AtrustednetworkofrelationshipswithcompaniesofferingservicescomplementarytoOpsGurussolutionssuchasapplicationdevelopment,IToutsourcingandcloud-basedsolutions.
- Abilitytoforgetrustedrelationshipsthroughstronginterpersonalskills.
- Excellentcommunication,presentation,listeningandnegotiationskills.
- Highlyorganized,abilitytomulti-task.
- Comfortableworkinginanentrepreneurialenvironment,witharollupyoursleeves,getitdoneattitude.
