The Job at a Glance

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director, Integrated Marketing in the development and implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies and campaigns to generate sales growth and brand awareness. They will be keen on preparing regular marketing reports in order to present data driven insights and feedback to the leadership team to drive maximum impact and results. The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English.


A Typical Day

  • Supports marketing project development under the direction of the Director, Integrated Marketing
  • Coordinates on-going marketing and advertising campaigns and plans, while ensuring that every initiative is aimed at increasing brand awareness
  • Assists the Director, Integrated Marketing with the implementation of online marketing strategies such as social media campaigns
  • Provides ideas, recommendations, and plans to contribute to the optimization of marketing strategies
  • Schedules promotional campaigns, maintaining an annual project calendar, and ensuring deadlines are respected
  • Keeps up-to-date on industry activities and trends
  • Provides support with tradeshow coordination
  • Coordinates welcome kits and promotional mail outs to customers
  • Compiles and analyzes data, feedback, and results of previous or current marketing campaigns to accurately report on the impact and outcomes utilizing Salesforce campaign creation to measure tradeshow results and ROI
  • Works with the creative team to coordinate and supervise marketing activities
  • Observes competitors' marketing behaviours and campaigns and their impact and keeping up-to-date with marketing trends.

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • You have 2+ years of working on marketing campaigns
  • You are passionate about marketing with a good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • You are a self-starter, motivated, results oriented, and possess good time management skills
  • You're an all-star communicator and are proficient in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
  • You have impeccable interpersonal, communication, organization, and project management skills
  • You can successfully manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks (both independently and as part of a team)
  • You pay close attention to detail - as far as you're concerned, anything worth doing should be done right
  • Occasional travel may be required
