About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner/Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience to work with our client. In this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product ownership principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your focus will be on driving product vision, managing the product backlog, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and leading continuous improvement efforts to ensure team health, velocity, and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Product Vision and Strategy: Own the product roadmap, define and prioritize the product backlog, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Agile Leadership: Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coach the Team on Agile Best Practices: Provide guidance and support to the team on Agile principles, ensuring continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability..

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and refine product requirements and ensure the product delivers value.

Backlog Management: Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring the backlog is well-groomed and ready for development sprints.

Deliver High-Quality Product: Ensure that the product meets both functional and non-functional requirements, delivering on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master/Product Owner in agile software development environments.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Proven ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams in a hybrid or remote setting.

Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

Excellent facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and coaching abilities
