Plumbing Supervisor – Vancouver Lower Mainland / North Vancouver

Rightway Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee a range of projects across the Vancouver Lower Mainland OR North Vancouver.

What You'll Do:

• Lead plumbing and mechanical installations, repairs, and maintenance (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.)
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to code
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen, maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate with the Project Management team to ensure smooth execution
• Review blueprints, prepare reports, and ensure work aligns with project specifications

What We're Looking For:

• Red Seal Plumber with 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing plumbing and mechanical teams
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and the BC Plumbing Code
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and managing site operations
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience on high-rise residential or large-scale commercial projects is an asset
