A Taleo client located in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a SAP HCM Consultant to support and configure the SAP HCM environment to enable successful integration with Concur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration and deep understanding of employee master data, business partner creation, and integration requirements. This will be a short-term contract position and has the option to be fully remote.

Project Overview:

The client is currently executing a Concur Integration Project aimed at enabling automated employee expense payments. As part of this initiative, they are developing an integration between SuccessFactors (SF) and SAP HCM to create Employee Business Partners. This integration will synchronize employee master data from SF to SAP HCM and ensure that Business Partner IDs match Employee IDs in SAP for streamlined expense reimbursement processing.

• Analyze project requirements related to employee master data integration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Configure SAP HCM modules to support the creation and synchronization of Employee Business Partners.
• Ensure that Business Partner IDs align with Employee IDs in SAP to facilitate accurate and timely expense processing.
• Collaborate with integration and middleware teams to validate and test the end-to-end data flow.
• Participate in data mapping, transformation logic, and troubleshooting of sync errors or misconfigurations.
• Support cutover activities and ensure system readiness for go-live.
• Document configuration changes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM, including Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
• Strong experience in configuring and managing Employee Business Partner creation in SAP.
• Deep understanding of SAP master data structures and integration touchpoints with SuccessFactors.
• Prior experience supporting Concur or similar expense management integrations is highly desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues across systems and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
