We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead with strong expertise in Selenium with Python to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead a team of automation engineers, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery through efficient test automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium with Python.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts, test suites, and CI/CD pipelines for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD process.
• Define and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and code reviews.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve test automation efficiency.
• Ensure high test coverage, reliability, and execution speed of automated tests.
• Generate and present test automation reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
