Our client, an wealth management advisory located in North York is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive a Licenced Sales Assistant to join their team. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to their Senior Wealth Advisor playing a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient administrative assistance and client experience. The successful candidate will support day-to-day activities, client communication, transaction processing, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication
- Respond to client inquiries by phone and email
- Handle client correspondence and maintain professional client relations
- Transaction Processing
- Assist with processing and confirming client transactions
- Execute trade orders under direction and follow up on account transfers and documentation
Administrative Support
- Maintain account lists and client files
- Compile reports and statistical data as required
- Prepare documentation for client meetings and reviews
Client Service
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently
- Marketing & Business Development
- Support marketing initiatives, client events, and presentations
- Help identify potential revenue opportunities within the existing client base
General Office Administration
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare correspondence and maintain office supplies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in finance, business, or a related field is an asset
- Experience: Prior experience in a financial services or investment advisory environment preferred
- Certifications: Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is required
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with MS Office and industry-related platforms
