Role Description

Experience: Good years in Quality Engineering with proven leadership in automation and system integration testing across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of QE Engineers in planning, designing, and executing test strategies for pharmacy systems, ensuring robust coverage across upstream and downstream systems.

• Architect and maintain scalable automation test frameworks using Python and Robot Framework.

• Champion CI/CD practices and integrate test automation seamlessly into DevOps pipelines, ensuring faster and more reliable deployments.

• Manage defect lifecycle through JIRA, maintain documentation on Confluence, and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.

• Conduct and guide API testing, Microservice testing, Regression, Performance, and Load Testing efforts.

• Coordinate and oversee Peripheral Lab, Outage, and Migration Testing for seamless delivery in hybrid environments.

• Implement and monitor SIT (System Integration Testing) cycles; collaborate closely with development and operations teams to support Agile/Kanban delivery models.

• Provide SME-level insights in Pharmacy domains, including prescription fill & dispense workflows.

• Perform root cause analysis by debugging backend services using Java and analyzing logs.

• Act as the Quality champion in Agile ceremonies, driving best practices and mentoring junior engineers on automation, testing strategies, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Automation: Python, Robot Framework

• Defect Tracking & Collaboration: JIRA, Confluence, GIT Lab

• Testing: API, Microservices, Performance/Load, Regression, SIT, Outage, Migration

• Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD integration

• Strong understanding of Pharmacy business processes

• Ability to work hands-on and lead QE delivery from both a strategic and tactical perspective
