Our client is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join their rapidly growing team and help shape the future of AI-powered data solutions.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll:

• Design and build scalable web scraping systems using tools like Playwright, extracting structured data from complex, dynamic websites
• Develop backend systems and cloud infrastructure for new AI-driven applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Front-End Engineers, and Analytics Engineers
• Leverage LLMs to build intelligent data products
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example through code reviews and best practices
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and resilience across scraping and AI workflows
• Stay up to date with the latest in AI, automation, and cloud engineering

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years developing AI or data products in production
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like Playwright, BeautifulSoup, and Requests
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, or local models)
• Strong cloud engineering background (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with proxy rotation, CAPTCHA solving, and anti-bot strategies
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, Git, and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Points:

• Experience deploying AI applications to GCP
• Exposure to document scanning/OCR workflows
• Open-source contributions or a portfolio of relevant projects
