About the RoleOur client is looking for a hands-on, systems-minded Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day project logistics and keep everything moving between the sale and the delivery. You'll be the glue between sales, vendors, scheduling, and execution—turning moving pieces into momentum.
This is not a back-office admin role. It's also not a 30,000-foot strategist position.
It's for someone who knows how to run the middle.
- Coordinating product orders, vendor timelines, and install schedules
- Managing internal task flow and follow-ups across multiple projects
- Communicating clearly with team members, suppliers, and customers
- Tracking what's coming, what's missing, and what needs attention
- Supporting the owner by reducing decision fatigue and operational fire drills
- Think like a strategist, move like a project manager
- See problems before they become fires
- Ask the right questions—and make the right calls
- Have experience in construction, service trades, or logistics-heavy roles
- Can handle fast-moving environments without losing your cool
- Like turning ambiguity into action
- Aren't afraid to lift something heavy if needed (yes, we're serious)
