Responsibilities：

1. Participate in the formulation and validation of process standards for the extrusion process to ensure their effectiveness;
2. Supervise and inspect the implementation of production process standards;
3. Participate in the research and development of new technologies and processes for extrusion;
4. Improve material properties to enhance product qualification rates;
5. Foster talent development, establish internal talent pipelines, and accumulate technical expertise.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree; preference for majors in metal materials;
2. Three or more years of process experience in the aluminum extrusion industry, with familiarity in project management, proficiency in extrusion processes and dies;
3. Knowledge of TS16949 system, aluminum material processing techniques and process control; expertise in aluminum extrusion processes; product standards, operational standards; extrusion management procedures; and IE improvements;
4. Rigorous and organized thinking, meticulous work approach; proficiency in Office software;
