We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and a solid understanding of analytics and data science concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate issue resolution and ensure alignment across teams
• Translate analytics needs into actionable insights and requirements
• Support the development of predictive models and decision-support tools

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in the Insurance (P&C) industry
• Familiarity with analytics, modeling techniques, and how models are built
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work across business and technical domains
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities
