Who We're Looking For

Someone who gets things done. You're not here to “strategize” all day. You know how to move fast, test hard, and grind until the numbers move. This is a builder role. No playbook. No waiting on permission. We are very early and this is a critical role. We are looking for somebody who can step in, go fast, make mistakes, and iterate to success in a scrappy way.

What You'll Do

• Launch and scale paid campaigns across any platform that works.
• Build landing pages, write copy, run cold email, hack distribution.
• Own top-of-funnel metrics and hit targets consistently.
• Test angles, messaging, and offers weekly. If it doesn't convert, you kill it and move on.
• Work directly with the founders to prioritize speed and impact.

What You Bring

• Track record of scrappy, high-output execution.
• Strong performance instincts. You know what a good CPL and conversion rate look like.
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, cold email, Zapier, no-code builders.
