Role profile description:

· Using Microsoft Purview Data Catalog Portal, work with the team to create a POC that aligns to the metadata strategy and establishing the cataloging/business glossary, tagging, metadata, necessary to meet the standard by working with the business stakeholders.

Cataloging activities include,

· reviewing applied classifications to a data element within Purview Data Catalog,

· apply sensitivity labels to a data element or data asset to adhere to Data Policy, Information classification and handling standard, and Privacy guidelines.

· Align the data elements to Information Model for personal information.

· Expansion of business glossary in publication

Tagging

· Sensitivity levels as applicable Privacy guidelines, (example, Personal information sensitivity)

· Data classification as applicable by Information

· Data elements criticality

Metadata

· Technical metadata
