Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the principal point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experiences.
- Call Handling & Scheduling: Manage both inbound and outbound calls to educate customers on the vehicle acquisition process, then coordinate and confirm inspections, appraisals, and dealership appointments.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, track leads, and produce regular performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Sales Support & Upselling: Promote current offers and additional services, follow up on high-priority leads, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet acquisition objectives.
