Team Structure: The selected contractor will work with another team member in Corporate Real Estate Finance to focus on running strategies and ad hoc requests. Two other team members focus on budgeting. The team is integrated with a variety of other teams and is very transparent and collaborative in nature.
Must Have Skills:
• Accounting background - flexible on level (depends on RE exp)
• Data preparation, data analysis, and statistical tool sets (Excel)
• Collaborative, people person
• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.
• Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth / Expert.
• Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - In-depth / Expert.
• Able to manage ambiguity.
