This role collaborates with leadership and department heads to identify training needs, develop engaging learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate is passionate about employee development, stays updated on industry trends, and leverages innovative learning methodologies to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs (in-person, virtual, e-learning, workshops) on topics such as leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
  • Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Administer and optimize the LMS, ensuring seamless access to training resources and tracking participation/completion.
  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and KPIs; refine programs based on results.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture and role expectations.
  • Partner with external training providers and internal leaders to align programs with business goals.
  • Ensure mandatory training (e.g., safety, diversity, HR policies) is completed and documented.
  • Support career development initiatives, including coaching and mentorship programs.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education or Organizational Psychology
  • Additional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or Coaching/Facilitation credentials can add value depending on the role.
  • 3–7+ years in L&D, including experience with instructional design, facilitation, e-learning tools, and training program development.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS administration.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and emerging L&D trends.
