We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Manager of PR & Communications to lead and evolve Endy's brand voice across Canada. You'll be responsible for amplifying Endy's presence in the media, building strong brand narratives, leading thought leadership initiatives, and managing external communications. You'll also oversee our PR agency relationship and lead memorable, high-impact brand activations that bring the Endy story to life in the real world.
This role requires a seasoned storyteller, an expert in media relations, and a creative brand builder who knows how to create buzz-online and off.
What you'll do:
  • Lead PR Strategy: Develop and execute proactive and reactive PR strategies that support brand, product, and corporate initiatives.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with national and regional media, influencers, and key industry voices. Secure top-tier media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast.
  • Manage PR Agency: Oversee and collaborate closely with our external PR agency to ensure alignment with Endy's brand goals, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Brand Activations: Concept, plan, and execute experiential marketing activations and PR-worthy moments that bring the brand to life and generate earned media.
  • Corporate Communications: Craft press releases, executive messaging, and statements. Support internal communications and issues management as needed.
  • Thought Leadership: Elevate Endy's profile and leadership in the sleep and wellness space through speaking opportunities, op-eds, and awards.
  • Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with creative, content, and social teams to ensure consistency across channels and campaigns.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track PR outcomes, campaign performance, and media sentiment. Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

Who you are:
  • 7+ years of experience in PR, brand communications, or corporate communications, ideally within consumer lifestyle or DTC brands.
  • Proven track record of securing meaningful media coverage and building successful brand campaigns.
  • Experience leading and managing a PR agency relationship.
  • Strong network of Canadian media and influencers, especially in lifestyle and consumer press.
  • Experience leading brand activations or experiential marketing initiatives that generate buzz and earned media.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for what makes a great story.
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a hands-on, collaborative approach.
