We have an immediate opening for a rewinder / quality inspector in Scarborough! We have a day shift and an afternoon shift available! What's in it for you: - Shift options: choose between a day shift or afternoon shift - Full time hours - $18/hour pay rate - Weekly pay every Friday by cheque or direct deposit - Local Canadian company - Friendly team-oriented environment You'll be responsible for slitting, rewinding, and inspecting printed labels, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards before packing and delivery. This includes setting up the rewind machine and cutting/splicing labels, inspecting printed materials, removing non-conforming product, verifying core size, label count, and positioning based on docket instructions. All applicants must be able to lift up to 30lbs. We are looking for someone with excellent visual acuity and attention to detail with strong communication and math skills.
