As a Marketing Coordinator at CDW, we'll look to you bring energy and creativity to your job every day, as you help tell our compelling story and assist our sales teams and sales efforts. A key member of our talented Marketing team, your job will be providing project management and administrative support to ensure CDW Canada's overall key marketing messages are communicated accurately, effectively and consistently to customer segments.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the creation, development, and day-to-day implementation of marketing campaigns, with primary focus on execution of digital, social, paid search, strategic segments and integrated marketing programs, leveraging our project management tool, Workfront
  • Coordinate and review marketing material (including web and digital merchandising) from planning to completion. Includes organizing and collecting information from the product team, reviewing and editing ad units, daily monitoring of activities to ensure production timelines are met, collaborating with the creative and product teams, and monitoring and tracking the status of complex projects.
  • Build creative development schedules, maintain schedule with production stakeholders (designers, product management, publications), schedule and facilitate activity kick-offs
  • Provide reports and actionable insights for campaigns across multiple channels (digital and analogue)
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to receive direction, input and feedback on marketing initiatives – this could be across Sales, Solutions, Services, Product & Partner Management as well as other teams within CDW
  • Create and maintain budget paperwork for marketing plan activities including managing purchase orders, expenses, suppliers and budgets
  • Assist with marketing tools and automation, including support Hubspot, Salesforce and special projects and initiatives
  • Assist the Marketing team with go to market strategies, while also including: marketing finance, project management, additional event support and other duties as required

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 2+ years relevant experience required in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with superior Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and strong project management
  • Tenacious, go-getter attitude
  • Fun, creative, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions while working independently

Each of our roles is assigned a salary range that is informed by multiple sources of market data. We determine individual pay within a given range based on a candidate's prior experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. This approach allows us to offer competitive and equitable salaries that reflect the value and responsibilities of each role at CDW. Salaries are based on a 40-hour workweek, and paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule.

Pay range: $57,000 - $79,400, depending on experience and skill set
