Shift Schedule
  • First Shift: 3:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Second Shift: 3:30 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday

  • Note: Shift rotation will be implemented eventually and may include varied schedules beyond Monday to Friday after training.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, and routers to fabricate parts according to specifications

  • Utilize CNC programming software to input machining instructions, adjust tooling, and optimize production processes

  • Monitor production, inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards

  • Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate repairs with maintenance staff

  • Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel to ensure efficient production and resolve issues

  • Load and unload products weighing up to 60 lbs

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience operating CNC machinery, preferably in the cement, stone, or similar manufacturing industries

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required

  • Physically fit with the ability to lift materials up to 40 lbs

  • Valid driver's license and Canadian permanent resident or citizen status required

  • Forklift experience is an asset

  • Comfortable working at heights and in noisy, dusty environments

  • Reliable transportation required
