Partner Staffing is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Calgary, Alberta.

We specialize in matching exceptional talent with businesses in the Oil & Gas, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Utilities sectors. As part of our Downtown Calgary team, you'll thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment where success is driven by building meaningful connections with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic sales & marketing plans to target new and existing clients, including coordinating with staff to meet and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Grow your client base by marketing Partner's Contract and Permanent recruiting services by phone, email, and social media to businesses.
  • Meet with senior-level individuals at client companies.
  • Bring orders from clients to be filled by candidates.
  • Connect and interact with organizations and associations that cement your presence in the minds of local businesses.
  • Set and exceed targets for business development on a weekly basis and support your team in doing the same.

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in B2B (business-to-business sales), including extensive experience reaching out to C-Level business clients.
  • You can develop successful sales strategies, techniques, and tactics. You know how to grow sales and will be able to identify new sources of business for Partner Staffing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that will enhance internal communication as well as delivering an above-average presentation of candidates.
  • You are self-motivated, results-driven, and embrace challenge with a solution-focused attitude
  • A curious personality who is passionate about learning and diving into new experiences
