What You Will Do:

Rumble is looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our growing Cloud Business. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to the success of our cloud solutions.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will:

  • Support the Sales Process: Assist in various stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing support, working under the guidance of senior sales professionals. You'll help ensure smooth handoffs and maintain momentum throughout the sales process.
  • Help Build the Sales Pipeline: Contribute to pipeline development by researching potential clients, identifying prospects, and executing outreach strategies such as email campaigns and social media engagement. You'll learn best practices for prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Learn to Secure New Business: Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and help position Rumble Cloud products effectively. While senior team members will lead final negotiations and closings, you'll assist in early-stage engagement and support ongoing communication.
  • Assist with Account Management: Work alongside account managers to understand client goals, track follow-ups, and maintain CRM records. Over time, you'll gain exposure to developing tailored approaches to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, sales development, and other teams to align messaging and coordinate outreach. Share insights you gather from the market to help improve our collective efforts.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Support the identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities by staying up to date on client activities and industry trends. You'll contribute to account reviews and help surface new ideas.
  • Provide Ongoing Feedback: Share what you learn from client interactions to help improve sales strategies, messaging, and processes. Your observations as a front-line contact will be valuable in shaping our approach.
  • Contribute to Team Projects: Take on additional sales-related tasks or projects to support the team and develop your skills. This could include participating in training sessions, assisting with reporting, or researching competitors.

Requirements:

  • 1+ Year of Sales or Customer-Facing Experience: Prior experience in sales, business development, customer support, or a related area is preferred. SaaS or IT sales exposure is a plus but not required.
  • Interest in Cloud Technologies: Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is helpful. A willingness to learn about cloud products is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to learn how to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Proactive and Curious Mindset: Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas. You thrive in a team environment and are open to feedback.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, keep accurate records, and follow up with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and open to evolving responsibilities as you grow in the role.
  • Fluent in English: Additional language skills are a plus but not required.

Annual Compensation Range: $60,000-$82,000 CAD base + benefits + equity

Note: The salary range listed for this position is a good faith estimate based on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structure. The actual salary offered varies depending on the candidate's skill level and experience.
