Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our growing team. Based in Orangeville, Ontario, you will travel to customer locations to perform equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations. This role offers hands-on work, independence, and the opportunity to represent Surface Technologies as a trusted service partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on shot blast equipment at customer locations.
• Install new equipment and ensure proper setup and operation.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering operational guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and labor hours.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
• Proven experience in industrial equipment repair or maintenance; familiarity with shot blast machines is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to upholding safety standards at all times.

Working Conditions:

• Regular travel to customer locations across Ontario. Some interprovince travel required.
• Hands-on work in industrial environments
