Position: Experienced General Labourers Civil Construction

About the Role

We are currently hiring General Labourers to join our civil construction crew. This position involves assisting in various aspects of infrastructure and site work, including excavation support, grading, and clean-up duties. If youre hardworking, dependable, and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour tasks on construction sites
• Assist with site preparation, grading, gravel placement, and concrete support
• Operate small tools and equipment as needed (e.g., plate tampers, jackhammers)
• Set up and take down signage, fencing, and other safety controls
• Shovel, rake, and level materials such as gravel or soil
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Follow direction from foremen and equipment operators
• Adhere to all company and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction and as a general labour is required
• Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and out-of-town as needed
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
• Safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, CSTS, Flagging) are a plus
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
