We're hiring! We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team as a Windshield Installer. Experience is a bonus — but we're willing to train the right person who's ready to learn and grow with us!
Compensation:$17 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:- Removing and replacing windshields and other automotive glass
- Preparing vehicles and materials for installs
- Ensuring proper seals and safety standards
- Assisting with shop organization and basic customer service
- Learning and following proper tools, adhesives, and techniques
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work
- Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with tools and hands-on work
- Ability to follow directions and take pride in doing a clean job
- Bonus if you have experience in windshield installation, autobody, or related fields
- Valid driver's license
