Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Strata Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 5 - 10 newer, and well-maintained buildings in the Kelowna area. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on property management and business development. The ideal candidate will not only maintain high service standards across their portfolio but also play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities to support the company's continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for a portfolio of strata properties
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strata councils and owners
• Ensure timely execution of maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
• Coordinate and attend council and annual general meetings
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and strata documentation
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Contribute to the company's business development strategy and growth initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of strata legislation and industry best practices
• Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving

Qualifications:

• Licensed Strata Manager OR licensed Rental Manager
• 4+ years of experience in strata property management preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Business development experience or an entrepreneurial mindset is a strong asset
• Knowledge of BC strata legislation and building operations
• Proficiency with property management software is an asset
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
