Location: Toronto/Scarborough hybrid 2 days/w

Contract: ASAP - September 30, 2025 with possible extension

Rate: 60-62/Hour CAD

Your New Role

You will step into the role of Mainframe Developer (Technical Consultant – z/OS), working directly with a major North American financial institution. In this position, you will collaborate closely with business teams, leveraging your technical skills to support and enhance mainframe systems. This is a contract opportunity running until September 30, 2025, with strong prospects for extension.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Extensive experience with mainframe technologies: z/OS, PL/1, JCL, DB2, and SQL
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
• Banking industry experience is required
• Ability to work independently and proactively engage with business stakeholders
• Willingness to work onsite at client offices in Downtown Toronto or Scarborough at least twice per week
