What you must bring to the role
- Project Management experience on a fund accounting project is mandatory
- 8 to 10 years project management-related experience in banking
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proven track record of successfully managing major business transformation projects
- Expertise in collaborating effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Excellent decision-making skills and presentation skills
- Ability to obtain results by assisting and influencing the work of others Analytical skills to ensure objectives are properly represented in project and communication plans
- Ability to clearly identify and communicate the status and progress of project
- Expertise to anticipate, recognize and resolve issues concerning the project objectives
- Strong planning, organizational, monitoring and administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate relationships
What you will achieve in the role
- Develop all project plans to achieve the objectives of the projects
- Anticipate and take appropriate action to address developments that could potentially affect the achievement of the work plan
- Manage expenses, budget and overall administration of the project
- Share and transfer knowledge to support business areas
